01. Context

When thinking about environmental sustainability, we aim to preserve our planet’s resources by providing solutions that may not benefit our environment in the long term. What we fail to understand is that such solutions might be making an impact on other parts of the planet; so are we eliminating the pollution or just transferring it elsewhere?

01. Escape Pod

Escape Pod sells the idea of a “luxurious, clean environment” in a world that has been polluted so much with no untouched land left; however, these pods have life cycles that expire, creating the need for replacement.

Therefore, can we simply mimic and reproduce what’s left of our untouched resources and how long can we enjoy these artificially created environments?
